Fluid carbon residue, viscosity and acid value increase significantly when fluid degrades severely. Compared to synthetic fluid, thermal stability of mineral oil is worse as its chemical structure is mainly straight-chain paraffin which is easily ruptured in high temperature. But some domestic fluid manufacturers overstate their products with good thermal stability, oxidation resistance, suitable viscosity and no coking, misleading customers and causing fluid degradation in short time and even triggering safety accident.
